Overview

LexFunis is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Most of our courses are free to attend live, and refunds only apply to paid enrollments and recording purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date by emailing info@lexfunis.com with your registered email address, the course name, and the Razorpay payment ID from your payment receipt. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Refund Eligibility by Scenario

Technical Failure on Our End

Eligible for Refund

If a paid session did not take place due to a technical failure on LexFunis's side and no recording was made available as an alternative, you are entitled to a full refund.

Duplicate Payment

Eligible for Refund

If your account was charged twice for the same course due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 7 business days of verification.

Course Cancelled by LexFunis

Eligible for Refund

If we cancel a paid course entirely without offering an alternative or rescheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund.

Change of Mind After Enrollment

Not Eligible

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after access to content has been granted. This applies to both live course enrollments and recording purchases.

Non-Attendance at a Live Session

Not Eligible

If you enrolled in a live session but did not attend, we do not offer refunds. Recording access (where available) remains an option for such cases.

Partial Completion of a Recording

Not Eligible

Access to a recording is granted immediately upon payment. Refunds are not available on the basis that you did not finish watching the content.

Certificate Not Issued

Not Eligible

Non-issuance of a certificate (e.g. due to eligibility criteria not being met) is not a valid reason for a refund on the underlying course or recording purchase.

Financial Aid Enrollments

Courses accessed through a 100% financial aid enrollment (₹0 charge) are not subject to refund requests as no payment was made. Partial discount coupons follow the standard refund policy above for the amount actually charged.
