About the Lecture Series
This two-day lecture series examines how forensic science functions as a constitutional safeguard within
Indiaβs criminal justice system. It bridges forensic investigation with Article 21, Supreme Court
jurisprudence, and the latest criminal law reforms under BNSS 2023 and BSA 2023.

Learning Outcomes
